Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused, unassembled, and undamaged
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Custom-made or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kaluze.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos of the item (especially if damaged)
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Due to the size and nature of our furniture, we do not offer direct product exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement part or a suitable resolution. Please contact our team within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
